1. The Service

ProductDeck is a product-research tool for ecommerce sellers. It provides AI-generated product ideas, market and competitor analysis, ad creative, store copy, trend reports, and video generation. It is a research and productivity tool — not a marketplace, supplier, or fulfilment service.

2. AI-generated content

Scores, search estimates, competitor breakdowns, trend reports, and all generated copy are AI analyst estimates — informed judgments grounded in market patterns, not live scraped data or guarantees. Nothing in the Service is financial, legal, or business advice. Products you choose to sell, money you spend on inventory or ads, and compliance of your ads and stores with platform policies and law are entirely your responsibility. Verify independently before spending money.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• One person per account; you are responsible for activity under it.
• You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use paid features.

4. Plans, trials, and billing

• The Starter tier is free with daily usage limits.
• Paid plans (Pro, Elite) are monthly subscriptions billed by Stripe, and start with a 7-day free trial — cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable; contact us about billing mistakes and we will put them right.
• Prices may change with at least 14 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

5. Fair use of AI features

AI generations are metered per day per plan. Attempting to bypass limits, resell generated output as an API, scrape the Service, or use it to build a competing dataset is prohibited and may result in suspension.

6. Your content and integrations

You own the content you upload and the output generated for you, to the extent we can grant it. Connecting a Shopify store or other integration authorises us to act on it only as you direct (for example pushing a draft product). You are responsible for what you publish to connected platforms.

7. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive use — including running misleading ads from generated copy.
• No attempts to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• No uploading content you don't have rights to.

8. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may change or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

10. Governing law, contact, changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Questions: support@productdeck.app. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continued use after changes means acceptance.
